Educators have the privilege and responsibility of passing on knowledge and values. I am an educator who holds this truth as a standard that supports improving the human family with each interaction.

I hold an associate's degree, a bachelor's degree, a master's in Higher Education from the University of Vermont, and a doctorate from North Dakota State University, along with SHRM-CP certification. Over the past 20 years in higher education, I've worked extensively with students in admissions, student affairs, intercultural engagement, and diversity, equity, and inclusionexperiences that sharpened my ability to mentor, teach, and support learners across different backgrounds and goals.

I tutor in those seeking SHRM certification, reading comprehension, writing, communication, with a special passion for writing. Helping students discover their voice and clarity through writing is especially rewarding because it builds both academic success and confidence. My tutoring style is patient, structured, and student-centeredI break down complex ideas into clear steps, encourage reflection, and focus on strategies students can carry into future work.

Beyond academia, I enjoy walking, mindfulness practices, and hosting small retreats that blend learning and personal growth. I bring the same philosophy to tutoring: connecting academic progress with confidence and life skills that help students thrive beyond the classroom.
