I am a husband and dad to two littles. We have three cats that my wife has named after her favorite show, FRIENDS. I am a competitive strength athlete who has competed in power lifting, Olympic weightlifting, and strongman. I write both fiction and non-fiction, including a parenting newsletter I write with a fellow dad.
