As a passionate educator with a Bachelor's degree in Health, Fitness, and Recreation from Millikin University, I am dedicated to helping aspiring students deepen their understanding of Anatomy & Physiology and Kinesiology. With over 2 years of tutoring experience, I employ a student-centered approach that emphasizes active engagement and practical application of knowledge. My goal is to create a supportive learning environment where students feel empowered to ask questions and explore complex concepts. I believe that fostering curiosity and critical thinking is essential for academic success. Outside of tutoring, I enjoy staying active through various fitness activities, which further informs my teaching and inspires my students to connect theory with real-world applications.
