Certified Tutor

As a senior undergraduate pursuing a major in Finance at Nova Southeastern University, I have developed a strong foundation in the sciences, reflected in my 3.95 science GPA and 3.98 cumulative GPA. I take these science courses as a finance major in hopes of becoming a dentist, one who has a business background and education, and also one who has a scientific background too. My tutoring experience, although under a year, includes supporting peers in study groups for General and Organic Chemistry, where I discovered my passion for teaching complex concepts in a relatable way. I specialize in AP Chemistry, AP Physics, and Organic Chemistry, and I thrive on helping students grasp challenging material through clear explanations and practical examples. My teaching philosophy centers on fostering a supportive environment that encourages curiosity and critical thinking. I am particularly motivated by witnessing my students' academic growth and confidence in their abilities. Outside of tutoring, I enjoy exploring the intricacies of scientific research and engaging in outdoor activities, which enrich my perspective and approach to teaching.
