Hi, this is Dr. Amira Yousif, an experienced University Senior Lecturer. I hold a PhD in Information Systems, a Master's degree in Information Systems, and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, with over 12 years of university teaching experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, and Business. Most recently, I have been teaching at the University of Wyoming, College of Engineering.

I have taught both undergraduate and graduate students in the US and internationally, covering a wide range of subjects including Introduction to IT, Database Systems, Data Mining, Data Warehousing, Systems Analysis and Design, Software Engineering, Programming (Oracle, MySQL, WEKA), Computer Applications, Management Information Systems, Business Information Systems, E-Business, and E-Commerce.

In addition to teaching, I have guided many students through their graduation projects and provide academic writing and thesis/dissertation support, assisting with research design, methodology, data analysis, and academic communication. I also help students strengthen their study skills and project development abilities.

I have published academic research in Data Mining and Domain-Driven Data Mining based on my Master's and PhD research, which strengthens my ability to guide advanced learners in both technical and research-based projects.

Beyond academia, I own and manage an online business and coach individuals, business owners, and professionals in entrepreneurship, starting an online business, digital marketing, social media strategy, Meta and Google paid ads, affiliate marketing, drop shipping, website development using Google Sites, and video editing with CapCut. This unique blend of technical and creative expertise allows me to equip learners with the tools needed to succeed in both academic and professional environments.

My teaching style is interactive and student-centered, focusing on simplifying complex concepts through practical examples and hands-on learning. I provide knowledge on how to apply theoretical concepts in real-life situations and the working field, helping learners connect classroom knowledge to practical outcomes. I adapt lessons to each student's learning style while emphasizing critical thinking, confidence-building, and problem-solving.

I offer flexible session lengths of 60, 90, or 120 minutes to meet the needs of college students, adult learners, and business professionals.
