With over 30 years of teaching experience, including more than 5 years in tutoring, I am dedicated to empowering students in their academic journeys. Holding a Master's Degree in Education from Seton Hill University, I specialize in Basic Computer Literacy, Microsoft Excel, and Elementary and Middle School subjects. My teaching philosophy centers on creating a supportive and engaging learning environment where students can explore their goals and develop tailored plans to achieve them. I am passionate about fostering a love for learning and helping students build confidence in their abilities. I believe that spending time in nature is one of the best ways to recharge. I enjoy hiking (especially in Sedona, Arizona), biking, kayaking, rock climbing, and cross country skiing. I love spending time with our rambunctious dog, Willow, who is a fun-loving corgi. I carve out time daily to read and to write in my journal.
