My passion for mathematics has been a guiding force throughout my life, leading me to earn a Master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction. With over 5 years of classroom experience and more than 2 years of tutoring, I specialize in middle school and high school math. I believe that every student can learn and succeed in math when provided with a supportive and engaging environment. My teaching approach involves starting with what students already know, fostering their confidence, and encouraging them to view mistakes as valuable learning opportunities. I strive to create an atmosphere where students feel comfortable expressing their challenges and triumphs, ultimately inspiring them to overcome their apprehensions about the subject. Teaching math is not just a job for me; it's a chance to ignite a love for learning and to help students realize their potential beyond their self-doubt.
