My name is Dr. Jill Mattingly, and I have spent the last fifteen years in medical education guiding pre-physician assistant and physician assistant students to successful medical careers. I am passionate about empowering students to excel in their understanding of medicine and the sciences, particularly Anatomy & Physiology and Biology. I have over 25 years of teaching experience, I have developed a student-centered approach that focuses on meeting learners where they are. My extensive background as a high school teacher and now as a professor in a physician assistant program has equipped me with the skills to identify knowledge gaps and tailor my tutoring strategies accordingly. I believe in fostering a supportive environment where students can overcome obstacles and achieve their goals, whether they are preparing for the PANCE or mastering high school or college sciences.
