As a dedicated educator with a Master's degree in Public Health from New York University, I bring over 5 years of tutoring experience, specializing in anatomy, physiology, and various science subjects. My teaching philosophy is rooted in fostering a supportive environment that empowers all students to succeed, regardless of their starting point. I tailor lessons to meet diverse learning needs, using real-world applications to make complex concepts relatable and engaging. My passion for anatomy and physiology drives me to illustrate the beauty of the human body, while my background in public health allows me to connect classroom learning to broader health topics. I previously initiated a tutoring program, Valiant Vikings, where I guide students in overcoming challenges and achieving their academic goals. Outside of teaching, I enjoy exploring public health issues, which enriches my perspective and informs my instructional approach.
