As a passionate educator with over 2 years of tutoring experience, over 10 years in the classroom and over 20 years' experience with Preschool Children. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Biology, Geology, Kinesiology, and education from Texas A&M University - Commerce. I specialize in Preschool, Kindergarten readiness, Earth Science, Elementary and Middle School Math and Science, and I strive to create a dynamic and engaging learning environment.
My teaching philosophy centers on hands-on, interactive lessons tailored to each student's needs, leveraging my background in preschool education and my understanding of learning differences, such as dyslexia. I believe that fostering curiosity and a love for learning is essential, which I achieve through creative, real-world applications of concepts. Outside of tutoring, I enjoy exploring math in practical contexts, such as accounting and finances, and I'm always eager to share that enthusiasm with my students.

I love spending time with my four beautiful grandchildren and watching them play sports and cheerlead. I also love volunteering my time taking care of Donkeys that have been rescued. When I am not with my grandchildren or volunteering I love to take care of my animals on my Ranch. I have Donkeys, Pygmy Goats and Chickens. I also love to travel all around- Ireland or Alaska are my two favorite places I have been. My true passion and interest are helping children reach their best version of themselves.
