My name is Rosanna Corvino-Rosa, and I am passionate about helping students excel in mathematics and computer science. With a Master's in Software Engineering from Fairfield University and over 5 years of tutoring experience, I specialize in a wide range of subjects, including ACT Math, College Computer Science, and Economics. My teaching philosophy centers on understanding each student's unique learning style, using data-driven diagnostics to tailor lessons that foster mastery and confidence. I believe in the "I do, we do, you do" approach, which allows students to gradually take ownership of their learning. I find joy in working with students of all ages, and my background in mentoring software engineers has further honed my ability to communicate complex concepts clearly. Outside of tutoring, I enjoy exploring new technologies and reading, which keeps my passion for learning alive and inspires my teaching methods.
