I hold a Bachelor's degree in Geology from the University of Oklahoma. With one-two years of tutoring experience, I specialize in subjects such as Algebra, Calculus, High School Chemistry (regular and IB), and Earth Science. My approach to tutoring centers on understanding each student's unique goals, whether it's preparing for an exam, mastering a specific topic, or a general review for class. I believe in guiding students to discover answers themselves rather than simply providing solutions, fostering their critical thinking skills. I am passionate about helping students succeed academically, particularly in STEM fields, as I find joy in sharing my love for geology and mathematics. When I'm not tutoring, I enjoy exploring geological formations and discussing scientific topics, which allows me to stay connected with my passions while inspiring my students.

In my free time, I enjoy reading, crocheting, and video games. I have two cats that I love to play and cuddle with (when they let me). Outside of my university education, I am teaching myself coding and specialized softwares used in my field (such as ArcGIS). I also love learning about space, mainly through educational TV shows and scientific papers/articles that I find online.
