Certified Tutor

As a dedicated tutor with a Bachelor's in Computer Science and Business from Aurora University, I have over 30 years of experience in Information Technology and more than 7 years in photography.

I specialize in Basic Computer Literacy, Technical Project Management and sports and event photography. My sports photography is something I do outside of my day job and it has allowed to work with wire services to photograph WNBA, MLB, MLS, Division 1 sports and high school. On any given weeknight or weekend you will catch me on a sideline with my camera gear.

My passion for teaching stems from my love of these subjects and my desire to help students grasp complex concepts through hands-on learning.

I believe in breaking down topics into manageable steps, allowing students to build confidence and competence. My approach is patient and adaptable; I tailor lessons based on individual needs, ensuring that students focus on areas they wish to improve. I don't believe in stupid questions. If a student doesn't understand, I will help them get there.

Whether I'm guiding a young photographer through the intricacies of the light triangle or helping a student troubleshoot computer issues, my goal is to foster a supportive learning environment that encourages exploration and growth.
