As a passionate educator with a Master's degree in International Affairs from Columbia University, I am dedicated to fostering a love for language among my students. With many years of tutoring experience, including three years as an assistant language teacher in Japan, I specialize in English for all ages, college admissions essays, and Japanese language instruction. My teaching philosophy centers on building connections with students by tailoring lessons to their interests, creating an engaging and supportive learning environment. My goal is to empower students to achieve their academic aspirations while nurturing their curiosity and enthusiasm for learning. In my free time, I enjoy reading, painting, and cooking.
