I am a dedicated tutor completing a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Finance from the College of William and Mary, I have over 2 years of tutoring experience in many topics and have primarily worked with English as a second language students. My passion for teaching stems from my own experiences in learning, where I realized the importance of patience and personalized support in helping students grasp difficult concepts. I aim to create a supportive learning environment by assessing students' needs and tailoring lesson plans accordingly, using interactive methods like flashcards to reinforce their skills. I find immense joy in witnessing that "aha" moment when a student understands a challenging topic, particularly in math and economics, where the blend of analytical thinking and real-world application truly captivates me. Beyond academics, I enjoy exploring languages and cultures, enriching my understanding and ability to connect with diverse learners.
