I am deeply passionate about tutoring, particularly in the field of Human Resources Management, where I have dedicated over 20 years of my career, working in seven countries and with a diverse staff population from more than 12 countries.

I hold a PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, as well as a first and a second degree in Human Resources Psychology. As a current professor and a certified SHRM-SCP professional, I thrive on connecting with students individually, tailoring my approach to their unique learning styles. My teaching philosophy emphasizes active engagement and personalized learning, starting each session with activities that stimulate discussion and encourage students to share their prior knowledge. I believe in nurturing a supportive environment where students feel empowered to ask questions and participate in group work, as this fosters more profound understanding and retention.

Witnessing a student's transformation from confusion to clarity is immensely rewarding and reinforces my commitment to their academic and personal growth. This transformation reminds me of my personal journey and the role of tutors, teachers, and mentors who have guided me along the way. Ultimately, tutoring offers me the privilege of helping each student unlock their potential, a journey I consider both a joy and a responsibility.

In addition to researching and writing articles for my YouTube channel, one of my favorite hobbies is crocheting items of clothing.
