As a graduate of Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor's degree in English, I am passionate about helping students enhance their writing skills, particularly in grammar and syntax. With over two years of tutoring experience as a peer writing tutor, I have successfully assisted college students and enjoy working with high school and middle school learners as well. My teaching philosophy centers on creating a welcoming environment where students feel comfortable expressing their needs. I tailor my lesson plans to align with their expectations, whether they face writer's block or need help structuring their papers. I believe that fostering a supportive learning atmosphere is key to academic success, and I am dedicated to helping students find their unique voice in writing.
