As a dedicated Human Resources professional with over 22 years of experience, I bring a wealth of knowledge and practical expertise to my role as a coach, trainer, tutor, and mentor. My career has allowed me to work with leading organizations, including Amazon, Peloton, NBC Sports, PepsiCo, and FanDuel Sports Network, where I honed many skills that have not only shaped my understanding of HR best practices but have also strengthened my commitment to developing the next generation of HR leaders, coaches and mentors.

I am proud to hold a BA degree in Business Management and an MA degree in Human Resource Development, as well as several certifications that affirm my expertise: I am SHRM-SCP certified and a certified transformational coach. These credentials enable me to guide students in their personal and professional growth effectively.
As a doctoral candidate at Purdue University, my academic journey has been complemented by my practical experience, and I am eager to share my insights with future students.
