As a passionate tutor with a Bachelor's degree in International Affairs from George Washington University, I am dedicated to fostering a love for learning in my students. With experience as a teaching assistant at Kumon, I have worked with students aged 5 to 14, focusing on phonics, reading comprehension, and foundational math concepts. My teaching philosophy centers on understanding each student's unique learning style, allowing me to tailor my approach to meet their needs effectively. I believe that a supportive and engaging environment can ignite curiosity and inspire students to embrace challenges. Beyond academics, I am enthusiastic about languages and culture, having studied French literature and language extensively.
