As a current Biomedical Engineering student at Arizona State University, I have developed a strong foundation in the sciences, particularly in AP Chemistry, which I am passionate about teaching. Although I have less than a year of tutoring experience, I have effectively supported my peers in college chemistry and organic chemistry, achieving high scores myself. My teaching philosophy revolves around adaptability; I tailor my approach to match each student's unique learning style, whether they benefit more from hands-on problem-solving or observational learning. I aim to create a supportive environment where students feel confident in asking questions. My experience as a day camp counselor has further enhanced my ability to engage with younger students, fostering a positive and energetic learning atmosphere. I am dedicated to helping students understand complex concepts and achieve their academic goals.
