Certified Tutor

I am currently an Undergraduate student at the University of Glasgow studying Physics and Astronomy. I am most passionate about tutoring in mathematics and physics. I have prior experience tutoring Algebra but would be comfortable and confident tutoring up to a Multi-Variable Calculus level in mathematics as well as a second year College Physics level in physics. This would include math subjects such as pre-algebra, algebra, algebra 2, trigonometry, pre-calculus, calculus, multi-variable calculus, linear algebra, and differential equations. The physics subjects I could tutor would include kinematics, thermal physics, electricity and magnetism, nuclear and particle physics, quantum waves, optics, physics of solids, and oscillating systems. I find it most important to do multiple practice problems as well as create fun ways to memorise formulas for both physics and math. In a tutoring scenario I would make sure to implement both of these tactics. Education is incredibly important to me and I hope to showcase this importance to all of my students. Outside of tutoring, in my spare time, I enjoy reading as well as playing guitar.
