I hold a Bachelor's degree in Biology and a certificate in Chinese Language and Culture from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. As a biology student, I'm interested in pursuing a career in Pharmacy and find anatomy and physiology, along with organic chemistry, fascinating.
As a Chinese teacher assistant and my college, I created and facilitated a weekly lesson on ZOOM completely in Chinese. I am passionate about language learning, as it has changed my life and helped me make new friends.
Compassion and understanding are two core values I live by. I recognize that every learner is different, and I strive to adapt my teaching methods to meet their individual needs. I also believe that creating a supportive and safe learning environment is the first step in learning.

I am a lover of music. I play three instruments: cello, piano, and flute. I also enjoy cooking and baking. Music and cooking offer me creative outlets. I am a learner at heart and genuinely enjoy learning new hobbies and skills. Recently, I have taken up sewing and video editing, but I am still in the beginner stages.
