Certified Tutor

I am a graduate of Brandeis University where I received a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and Biology. Since graduation, I have moved back to New York City and have been studying for the MCAT. While in college, I was a supplementary instructor for General Chemistry for three years, as well as tutoring Organic Chemistry and Biochemistry. I am extremely passionate about science, and have always loved being able to spread my love for the subject with students. I have experience tutoring both individually and in small groups, and regardless of who I am working with, I ensure to prioritize the student's style of learning and make room for growth and change. I think it is crucial that students feel like their tutor is working alongside them, rather than feeling like a lecture or classroom. In my spare time, I enjoy running, yoga, reading, and going to the beach.
