Certified Tutor

I am a graduate of Cedarville University. I received a Bachelors of Arts in Integrated Language Arts specializing in 7-12 education. I am currently employed as a 7th grade Language Arts teacher. During my time in college, I tutored both high school and college writing, and spent time student teaching both middle school and high school English. I have studied Irish Writers in Dublin and Shakespeare in London, and I have extensive knowledge in both writing and reading well. While I can tutor a wide variety of subjects, I am most passionate about teaching writing and helping students make connections between their mind and the paper. I think that writing is not only a necessary skill to develop in the modern world, but also one that increases a student's overall self-confidence and educational development.
