I have a passion for teaching and helping my students meet their goals. I try to make learning fun and to include the interests of my students in my lessons and tutoring sessions. I believe choice is a powerful teaching tool and pride myself of meeting my students where they are and focusing on their specific strengths and areas for growth. I have 7 years of experience teaching in the classroom in grades 2, 4, and 5. I have been tutoring for over 9 years in grades 1-7.
