I completed a Bachelor of Arts in psychology from the University of Arkansas before completing a Masters of Science in Psychology from the University of Texas at Tyler. There, I focused on neuropsychology which included advanced training in psychological test administration. While completing a masters, I found that my passion lied more in language and communication which led me to pursue a masters in speech-language pathology. I will be graduating with a Masters of Arts in December. During my extensive time as a student, I have worked as a teaching assistant which lends itself well to tutoring. I love helping other students grasp the knowledge they need to continue on with their careers. I have also worked with younger children as a speech-language pathology student. I am most passionate about teaching science and the English language though I also enjoy other subjects. My tutoring style involves establishing a good relationship and setting attainable goals to help you achieve your educational needs.
