Certified Tutor

I am a rising Sophomore at James Madison University with an International Affairs major and a French minor. French is my first language and that is why I am a fluent french speaker. Although, I am still taking French courses in college such as English/French translation to improve my translation skills. I tutor the French language and help students at getting better at either their writing or speaking. I also tutor math in French. Experience wise, I volunteered as a French tutor for K-12 Haitian kids online on Worlds Tutor Academy for six (06) months. I teach a lot of Vocabulary, Grammar including pronunciation, listening comprehension, and speaking practice. I am most passionate about helping my students to hold conversations and working on making them better speakers. I also enjoy getting to know them first, getting to know their goals and current french level. I tutor French because I believe it is a beautiful language that needs to be shared around the world as much as possible. And also because being able to speak another language can help us in many ways.
