I am a dedicated and experienced science tutor with a strong passion for helping learners in the sciences. I have a strong background in biology, biochemistry, math, and related areas. I graduated from Dakota Wesleyan University with a degree in biochemistry and am currently pursing a doctorate in optometry at Arizona College of Optometry. I have prior tutoring experience with both undergraduate and high school students. My approach emphasizes breaking down complex ideas through critical thinking, problem-solving, and real-world application. I tutor biology, microbiology, anatomy, general chemistry, and math up to college algebra. I believe that each learner has their own learning style, and I will tailor each session to meet your needs and goals! I am open to working with all ages and backgrounds. I have a passion for learning, and I hope that we can grow and learn together! In my spare time, I enjoy running, hiking, and playing board games.
