As a current student at the University of Virginia pursuing degrees in Biology and Business Management with a minor in Spanish, I am passionate about making learning both meaningful and manageable for my students. My interest in tutoring stems from a genuine love for helping others overcome academic challenges and discover their own potential.

I've worked with students in a variety of settingsfrom leading a high school Science Olympiad team to helping peers grasp complex topics in chemistry and biology. I also have experience guiding younger students through foundational skills in math, reading, and Spanish, always adapting my approach to meet their unique needs and learning styles.

I tutor a wide range of subjects including biology, chemistry, Spanish, math, and test prep. My favorite subjects to tutor are biology and Spanish because I enjoy connecting science to real-world experiences and helping students see language as a tool for cultural connection and opportunity.

My teaching philosophy centers on patience, encouragement, and building confidence. I strive to make each session engaging and interactive by breaking down material into manageable steps and using relatable examples. I believe that with the right support and mindset, every student is capable of success.

Outside of academics, I enjoy reading, traveling, learning about different cultures, and staying active through sports and dance. These interests keep me curious and energizedqualities I bring into every tutoring session.
