Certified Tutor

I graduated from Missouri State University with a degree in Elementary Education (Grades 1-6). In college, I student taught in fourth grade for one year, and did multiple practicums and observations in 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 5th grade. I also frequently substitute taught in a variety of grades. I will begin teaching fourth grade in the fall. I have worked with students of all academic ranges and have a passion for helping students reach their full educational potential while creating a safe environment to make mistakes. I tutor many subjects, but my favorite subject to tutor is math because there are so many ways to solve a problem, and the challenges of math can be the most rewarding once a tough question is solved.
