I'm a professional writer with a background in theater and a deep love of storytelling. I've spent my career helping brands communicate clearly and mentoring junior writers as they develop their voice. I'm also a published author, primarily of short stories, and I'm passionate about helping young writers find joy and confidence in their own creative work.

My degree is in theater from a small liberal arts college, where I focused on character, dialogue, and story structure, skills that continue to shape my approach to writing and teaching. While I'm new to formal tutoring, I've guided summer interns and junior colleagues through everything from grammar to narrative flow. My sessions are collaborative, low-pressure, and focused on building both skill and enthusiasm.

Outside of work, I'm usually reading, revising, or training my dog. I believe that great writing starts with curiosity, and I love helping students explore what makes a story stick.
