Hi! My name is Keira Barr. I'm a first year student at Boston University studying international relations with concentrations in Latin America and regional politics and anthropology. I am also pursuing minors in religion and Portuguese and Brazilian Cultural Studies. I currently have a 3.9 GPA and am on the Dean's List. I am able to offer tutoring in various subjects including writing (including AP Literature and AP Language), math (algebra I and II, calculus, AP calculus AB and BC), and Spanish (including AP Spanish Language). I received 5s on the AB and BC exams and the AP Spanish exam, and I have the Massachusetts Seal of Biliteracy in English and Spanish. I was also awarded a silver medal on the National Spanish Exam. In my free time, I am a youth gymnastics coach and a barista at Starbucks. I enjoy to reading, going on walks, playing spikeball, and trying new coffee shops. On campus, I'm involved in BU's chapter of Students for the United Nations, as well as History Club. I love to learn (about pretty much anything) and I am eager to share my passion with students!
