I am passionate about helping students because I truly believe in the transformative power of education. Teaching is not just about sharing knowledge it's about inspiring confidence, awakening curiosity, and supporting each learner on their unique journey. I find great joy in watching students overcome challenges, reach their goals, and discover that learning a new language can be both exciting and empowering.

I have over 12 years of experience working with adult learners in the field of Human Resources training and development, both in virtual and in-person settings. This background has allowed me to develop a teaching style that is engaging, empathetic, and innovative, always tailored to the individual needs and pace of each student.

I earned my education in Colombia, where I completed a Bachelor's degree in Public Accounting and a postgraduate specialization in Human Talent Management. I'm especially passionate about all topics related to Human Resources, and I also love teaching Spanish to students who are learning it as a second language.

My tutoring style is friendly, clear, and supportive. I aim to create a positive learning environment where students feel comfortable expressing themselves, making mistakes, and growing in confidence. I use interactive tools, real-life examples, and practical conversation to make each session meaningful and enjoyable.

Outside of academics, I'm interested in personal development, well-being, and creativity all of which enrich my approach to teaching and help me connect with students in a well-rounded, meaningful way.
