Before I started my higher education journey, I was once where you were in classes learning new history topics. When I went to get my bachelor's degree at Wayland Baptist University in secondary education, I knew I wanted to go further in my learning. I have not stopped furthering my education so far. I have gotten my Master's in American history from Southern New Hampshire University, which led me to be working on my PhD in American history at Liberty University. I love teaching American History as there is something new that adds to the story of our country. I love any history but lean more toward American history.

My teaching method involves meeting you where you are and building not only information but also the skills needed to succeed in history classes. I will try to make it hands-on so that you ask questions and gain answers from the sources or information that I share.

When I am not learning, I am playing video games or reading to relax and not overstress myself.
