I'm an educator at heart and enjoy seeing the figurative light bulb turn on for students. Most importantly is seeing them still using the same skills years on to solve problems. I have taught at the high school, undergraduate and professional school level as my career has progressed. I'm a lifelong learner and have attained degrees including BS in chemistry, master's in education and master's in biomedical sciences. My favorite subject to tutor is chemistry and this can run from biochemistry to physical chemistry. I enjoy chemistry because it's the core and crossroads of all the sciences and a good understanding of topics here can be applied to so many different practical and theoretical components of various jobs and everyday life.

My teaching style is to try to tether concepts to real world examples which helps take the concepts from being abstract to concrete.
