Certified Tutor

I am a graduate of Ursinus College. I received my Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology. Since graduation, I received my Master's in Biomedical Studies and I am currently working towards finishing medical school at Touro University. At Touro, I was a biochemistry tutor to first year medical school students. While I've only tutored in biochemistry, I have also helped other students study anatomy, physiology and pathology. I have a niece and nephew in elementary school where I help them with their homework in math and learning how to read. I am most passionate about science courses and working with children to establish a strong foundation in math and reading. I truly love learning and want to help the students I tutor develop a love for education. I struggled with learning when I got to college but learned there are different ways and techniques to help us learn. I firmly believe that regardless of past academic performance, you can always improve and turn your grades around. In my spare time, I love hanging out with my niece and nephew. I like to think they make me a cooler aunt.
