As a passionate tutor with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Toronto Metropolitan University, I thrive on making complex subjects like mathematics and programming accessible and engaging for my students. With experience tutoring middle school and high school students in subjects such as Algebra, Python, and JavaScript, I focus on practical applications to help students see the relevance of what they are learning. When I’m not tutoring, you’ll usually find me building fun tech projects like face detection apps or simple video games, just to see what’s possible with code. I love exploring new programming languages and figuring out how to make computers do cool things (yes, I’m that kind of nerd ????). I also enjoy solving brain teasers, playing strategy games like chess, and watching science fiction movies that make you think. On the weekends, I like biking around the city, testing out new recipes (my butter chicken is a work in progress!), or helping friends fix their computers. I believe learning should feel exciting, not boring and I try to bring that same energy into every tutoring session.
