I am a graduate of Concordia University Texas where I earned my Bachelor of Science in Nursing. I was also a four year collegiate athlete playing softball. While preparing for the NCLEX, I led several study groups of my peers, teaching them testing strategies and how to break down complex questions. Since graduating, I have been a registered nurse specifically on a Critical Care Cardiovascular unit in the Texas Medical Center. There I was a preceptor to new graduate nurses as well as nursing students. I am passionate about anatomy and physiology, pharmacology, and patient communication strategies.
