I am a professional marketer and personal finance expert. I have a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Michigan (Go Blue!) and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame Mendoza College of Business. Since my early 20s, I've vowed to be a continuous learner in personal finance, driven by a passion to change my family's future. I was the first in my household to go to college and become a high-earner, but I had no idea how to manage my money or build wealth. I found myself with a high salary but even higher debt and really nothing to show for my hard work. Further, little to no savings exposed me to surprise expenses, and I fell into the all-too-common cycle of living paycheck-to-paycheck. Now, I'm a wife and mother of two, pioneering as a first-generation wealth builder. Although money is not the most important thing in life, it is a tool for economic opportunity, independence, and freedom that far too many people lack access to. While I can help students with a variety of topics, I am most passionate about making personal finance more accessible and wealth more attainable. In my rare free time, I love circuit training and watching ESPN (usually at the same time!).
