I have a Bachelor of Science in Secondary Foreign language for French and Spanish from the University of Maryland and a Masters for Reading from SUNY Cortland.
I have a passion for languages and cultures and enjoy helping students to communicate in French and Spanish as well as enjoy the rich cultures associated with these languages.
I am an experienced brick and mortar and online French and Spanish teacher. I have been teaching for 38 years and have enjoyed helping students learn, practice and find success with languages.
I grew up in Europe and love to travel discouvering cultures and learning about the people.

I find it is important to learn from my students about their goals, their learning styles and how they think I can help them. I try to vary activities to benefit different learning styles and am ready to adapt if what I am doing does not seem to be helping my students.
