I have a Ph.D. from the Pennsylvania State University in Education. Education has been my career and passion for the last 40 years. I have written books and many published articles in education. I believe all students can learn and I believe that gaps in learning can create hurdles for students. It's important that students not move on to another concept until a prior concept is thoroughly understood, especially in math. I also believe in applied academics, where learning is related to the world of work.
