I received my Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education from Southeast Missouri State University in 2013. I taught for 10 years, and then I earned my Master's Degree as a Literacy Specialist from the University of the Cumberlands in 2023. My teaching philosophy has always been "Every student is capable of learning." This is short and sweet, but very true. We all learn at our own pace in all different ways. I am passionate about teaching young students. I have been in education for over 10 years, and I have always worked with the Elementary-aged children. My specialty is reading, but I will tutor in all elementary school subjects. My favorite subjects are reading and writing!
