I finished my graduate education at Boston University with a major on economics. The most important subjects I have worked on as economist and instructor are macroeconomics and econometrics. However, microeconomics used to be my favorite class as undergraduate student, and the topic of my initial tutoring experience.
Most of my experience as economist has been working to understand economic problems and policies in emerging economies.
All that experience has led me to believe that going to school, college and university are essential actions for the development of society. Accordingly, teachers and professors have a crucial role during the education process as persuaders of the necessity of acquiring knowledge that can be useful to help society reach social and economic progress.
