Certified Tutor

I graduated from Bluffton University and Concordia University. I received my Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics from Bluffton University. I received my Master of Education degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Concordia University.

I have taught at my school for 11 years where I currently teach Geometry, Advanced Geometry, Algebra 2, and Advanced Algebra 2. I enjoy teaching math and showing students the beauty of numbers and that there is more than one path to the correct answer. I believe that everyone can learn math with the right teacher and the correct strategies.

In my free time, I enjoy reading and doing puzzles. I read almost any genre of books with my favorites being romance and funny mysteries. My favorite books to read over and over again are the Harry Potter series.

I also love spending time with my family. We like to travel together and spend all of the holidays with each other.

I enjoy traveling when I have the time. I have been to almost all of the U.S. States and 11 foreign countries. I eventually want to travel to all of the states and many more foreign countries.
