Having a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry and around 15 years of diverse teaching experience,
I have the eagerness to bring my passion to education, especially in the field of science. I would
like to embark on a new pathway in which I embrace new teaching roles. The 5-year experience I
had in a school setting, for elementary classes mainly, combined with long years in private
tutoring, has allowed me to develop my potential in developing engaging and interactive lessons
and ensuring that my students are prepared for the learning curve in my classes, taking student
discrepancies and ages into consideration.
While tutoring in the classroom, I have become aware of how to articulate complex scientific
ideas and concepts to my students, using stimulating, practical, and accessible methods. My
teaching approach is based on creating a hands-on learning experience with real-world scenarios
and interactive conversations to promote a dynamic learning environment motivate students to
use their critical thinking skills and boost their curiosity. Such a way not only improves student's
understanding of scientific concepts but also cultivates their passion for science.
Indeed, my teaching experience extends beyond conventional classrooms. For several years, I
have engaged in private tutoring in which I worked extensively on tailoring my teaching methods
to meet students' individual needs. Giving private lessons at my own pace sharpened my skills
and allowed me to identify and address several learning approaches and challenges, making sure
that every student gains individualized support to accomplish his/her academic objectives.
I am dedicated to developing an interactive and inclusive teaching environment where all my
students would be motivated and welcomed. Having a background in biochemistry would allow
me to provide a detailed perspective on the taught material. My teaching experience has also
prepared me with the skills and tools required to adapt to new teaching methods and become
innovative in adhering to different teaching styles.
Additionally, my technical knowledge and teaching expertise will help me support the
organization's potential to ensure strong communication with students and authentic
commitment to student success. I have fully excited to contribute to your institution and play an
influential role in inspiring the coming generations while striving for excellence and lifelong
learning.
