Certified Tutor

I went to the University of Pittsburgh, and I have 2 Bachelor of science degrees, one in Applied Mathematics, and the other in Computer Science. I also have a masters degree in Information Science. Currently, I teach Math classes at Community College of Allegheny County, in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. I feel like I have been teaching and tutoring all of my life. I have tutored professionally at places like Chatham College, and Laughlin Children's Center, and a place called Mathnasium. I have also taught undergraduate classes at the University of Pittsburgh, and I have done a ton of private tutoring on my own as well. I love to teach, and tutor, and that is why I have made sure that teaching/tutoring Mathematics has a place in my life. I tutor any/all students that need any type of help in Mathematics, from General Math, to Algebra, to Geometry, to Intermediate Algebra, to Trigonometry, to Pre-Calculus to Calculus. I love Math, and I love to help students in Math. You don't have to have a "love" for Math, but you do have to have goals. Do you want to understand Math better? Have you found that it is not easy, or have you been struggling? Then, please, let's get together, and address your questions, and get you to a place of understanding. There is no such thing as a DUMB question. Don't be afraid to ask and answer questions. After all, that is how we learn.
