Certified Tutor

I am an undergraduate honors life sciences student at the University of Toronto and an experienced tutor for grades 8-12 in Math, Chemistry, Physics, and Biology.

Having faced and overcome challenges in STEM subjects during high school, I understand the difficulties you might be experiencing. I remember what it was like to struggle and, more importantly, how I worked through those challenges. As a result, I have excelled in science and mathematics throughout high school and university, and I am eager to help you do the same!

My tutoring approach is highly personalized, targeting your specific needs to help you excel, grasp challenging concepts, and develop a genuine enjoyment for learning. My experience includes recently tutoring a grade 9 student through weekly 2-hour online sessions, focusing on test prep, homework help, and essential concepts such as the order of operations, negative numbers, and fractions. In the past, I've also volunteered as a math tutor for Integra Youth, where I conducted weekly 1-hour sessions and successfully tutored grade 8 math for a school year.

Outside of academics, I enjoy drawing, dancing, and exploring new coffee shops in Toronto with friends :)
