Hi everyone! My name is Shoshana, and I am an experienced teacher with 6 years of teaching under my belt. I have degrees in mathematics and computer science from Brown University, where I graduated Phi Beta Kappa, with highest honors, and where my GPA was 4.0/4.0.

My teaching experience spans from middle school to undergraduate contexts, and I have experience with subjects across math and computer science. As I tutor, I strive to be helpful, patient, encouraging, warm, and supportive. I want you to feel safe making mistakes, asking questions, and honestly communicating where you are at in your understanding. I am skilled at finding different ways to explain concepts, as well as breaking down a concept and building up to understanding it. I am also skilled at identifying challenges specific to specific students.
