I am a graduate of the Art Institute of Austin, where I obtained a Bachelor's degree in Audio Production. As an audio engineer deeply passionate about both music and education, I find joy in helping students unlock their creative potential and technical skills. With a Bachelor's degree in Audio Production, I bring both expertise and enthusiasm to my tutoring sessions. I specialize in subjects like sound recording, mixing, and music production software, such as Pro Tools and Logic Pro. My favorite area to tutor is mixing, as it is the stage that can break or make a production, ensuring that students grasp the complex aspects of balancing elements to create a cohesive and impactful sound. My teaching philosophy focuses on empowerment and mentorship, encouraging students to become active learners. Beyond academia, I'm a recording artist, sound engineer, and nature enthusiast. I'm excited about the opportunity to contribute to Varsity Tutors and inspire students to pursue their passions in audio engineering.
