Hello,

I am an Information Technology (IT) professional with experience working as a Helpdesk Specialist and computer instructor.

As a small home-based business owner, I provided computer classes, Professional Resume Writing services, and Job Interviewing tips.

I hold certifications, equivalent computer-related work experience, a B.A. Degree in Business Management, and credits towards my Master's Degree in Information Technology.

I have taught Basic, Intermediate, and Advanced Computer Classes to adults and beginners on both Apple and Microsoft Windows platforms, focusing on business and personal productivity.

As a volunteer, I taught computer courses to senior citizens at community centers in NC, CA, FL, and VA, and received "Certificates of Appreciation" for my service.

Helping struggling students understand "Computer Basics and Technical Jargon" is rewarding, especially during one-on-one sessions where I can focus on each student's needs.

I strongly believe in the power of education to improve quality of life, and I strive to instill this appreciation in all my students.

In my spare time, I enjoy self-development courses, enriching reading, and practicing Yoga and Pilates exercises.
